Old Mariner Cottage on the Harbor Alligator Point, Florida Vacation Rental

Only a mile to the beach and two miles to Bald Point State Park. Excellent sunsets over the 125′ of harborfront, and wonderful breezes from the southwest. Watch porpoises play from the huge, shaded screened-in porch. Very quiet location.

Old Mariner was harming cottage built in the 1940′s which has been completely renovated inside and out. The cottage has wider doorways and a huge shower which allow for those with special needs. Brand new appliances, bamboo flooring, private location, and nature galore.

The cottage sits low to the ground, so you don’t have to climb two flights of stairs each time you wish to enter or leave. Bring your kayak,canoe,boat and/or fishing pole. Public boat launch is one block away.

We LOVED the Old Mariner cottage! It’s a beautiful location, peaceful and very charming. My husband fished everyday and I sat on the screened porch and read all the magazines of Coastal Life and some books we brought with us. It’s very close to amazing beaches, most of which are dog friendly. It’s a great spot and we’d love to visit again!

We had a perfect stay at the Mariner! The weather was great, sunsets unbelievable, and the beach is awesome! Loved the dophin sightings! I recommend this place to everyone!!
